Strip and re tile using clay double roman roof tiles along with a flat roof and lead apron replacement
Our clients had recently moved into they’re new property and within months a handful of ridge tiles blew off, this combined with a serious leak to the flat roof they decided to proceed with a permanent solution. We replaced this roof in its entirety with all new valleys, timbers and tiles being fitted along with a new torch on 3-layered felting system and lead covering flashing.
